UTEP Transfer Arnett Moultrie, Another piece of Kentucky 2011?

Earlier this spring, UTEP's Arnett Moultrie declared for the NBA draft. He decided to withdrawal his name and simply transfer away from the Miners. His two new major suitors, Texas and Kentucky. Both teams are vying to be his new higher learning institution.

Moultrie is 6'11", 210 lbs, and averaged 10 points and 6.7 rebounds a game in his sophomore season with the Miners. He will have to sit out the 2010 season because of the transfer - just long enough for whichever team he lands on to hype him up beyond belief - before joining his selected team in 2011.

Kentucky's class of 2011 is shaping up to be a monster. Kentucky already has verbals from #1 overall player (SF)Michael Gilchrist and #2 overall (PG)Marques Teague.

If the Cats were to land Moultrie - a player that has a proven NCAA track record, NCAA Tournament experience, and a NBA body - it would make the #1 class in the nation potentially an all-time #1 class.
