Patrick Patterson Called up from D-League

Patrick Patterson is slated to be called up from the NBA-Developmental League on Sunday. Patterson, the 14th overall selection in the 2010 NBA Draft has averaged 17 points and 9.6 rebounds a game with the Rio Grande Vipers.

His productivity has increased with every game, culminating with his performance Wednesday, where he scored 24 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and 4 blocked shots.
